Ce que tu vas faire

As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying the right brands to closing high-value deals. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leading retail and e-commerce companies and help them succeed through Live Shopping and Video Commerce.

🔥 Full-cycle ownership: Drive the entire sales process — from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.

🎯 Hunting & acquiring: Target major brands and large webshops, understand their commercial priorities, and position Sprii as their #1 revenue driver.

🤝 Building strong relationships: Build long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders — from e-commerce and SoMe managers to C-level decision-makers.

📈 Creating commercial impact: Identify customers’ biggest growth levers and demonstrate how Sprii drives revenue, engagement, and loyalty.

🧩 Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with QA, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless sales journey.

🚀 Driving strategic deals: You’ll shape Sprii’s growth in key markets and help define how Live Shopping evolves across Europe.

Qui tu es

You’re a natural closer who understands complex buying processes and thrives on achieving big numbers. You bring:

• Strong experience in (SaaS) sales, ideally towards mid-market or enterprise

• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Confidence in managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• A strategic, curious, commercial mindset with strong business understanding

• Comfortable presenting to decision-makers both online and in-person

• Fluent English  (more languages are a plus, but not required)

You’re hungry, disciplined, and motivated by real ownership, and you love working in a fast-moving environment where things actually happen.
